I went back up and found neither cards worked. I went downstairs and waited in the lengthy line as there was only one clerk available for new cards as I assumed they were de-magnetized.

Then my last night at around midnight I returned late from the casino looking to shower and sleep. It's a 5 star hotel- of course they'd have toothbrushes and toothpaste, even Hampton Inns I've stayed at had those if you ask. I called Housekeeping for additional toiletries and asked if they had toothbrushes and they said yes and brought some to me (I tipped obviously but it was free). They replied I would have to go out to store downstairs and buy a toothbrush as they do not offer any. First, I had forgotten my toothbrush and called front desk to ask for one as I had arrived around midnight. However, the customer service really leaves much to be desired. I also liked the quality shampoo and conditioners they have. The room itself is gorgeous and clean and I really appreciated that the pool and outdoor hot tub was still open. I came to Ocean two weeks ago to celebrate a birthday and stayed for two nights.
